You can withdraw from your vault at any time, in any amount, without notice periods, lockups, or anyone’s permission. The exit flow in the app is a guided stepper; each step is narrated before you sign it.

The three modes

Positions are unwound, everything is converted to USDG inside your vault, and the proceeds are sent to your wallet. Conversion happens under a hard per-swap loss cap; if a token can’t be converted within the cap, the app offers you a mixed exit honestly instead of forcing a bad price.
Identical flow, different exit asset. Supported exit assets are listed in the app.
Your positions leave the vault as-is — no unwinding, no conversion, no swap cost. Useful when you want to keep the underlying exposure or manage the unwind yourself. Because no conversion happens inside the vault, any fee due is collected from the vault’s loose balances first; if those don’t cover it, the app shows the exact shortfall to fund before you sign.

The fee projection

Before you confirm anything, the app requests a fee projection: what you’ll receive, what fee (if any) applies, and the estimated conversion cost. Fees apply only to realised profit above your high-water mark — withdrawing at or below it costs nothing. The projection is re-checked at signing time so the number you approve is the number that executes.

Partial withdrawals

Withdraw part of your value and the strategy keeps running on the rest. Partial withdrawals draw down your high-water mark first — you pay no fee until your cumulative withdrawals exceed your cumulative contributions.

Exits that don’t depend on us

Every withdrawal function on your vault is owner-only and self-contained: it does not require the agent, our servers, or any off-chain infrastructure to execute. If Dionysus vanished tomorrow, your exit would still work from a block explorer. The app makes it pleasant; the contract makes it possible.
One deliberate asymmetry: a stale price feed blocks deposits but never exits — if your vault can’t price a withdrawal fairly, the fee is waived rather than guessed, and the app tells you loudly when that happens.
