`GET /strategies`

Returns the strategy catalogue: identifier, display copy, current pool composition, and live figures where a ratified source exists.

pairs reflects the live screen output — the pools the strategy would plant into right now. It changes as the screen re-ranks; it is not a static promise.
liveApr / sigma are null until the strategy has enough operating history for an honest number. They are realised figures when present, never projections.

`GET /universe`

The asset-level output of the universe screen: every asset currently eligible for build-your-own strategies, with its venues, liquidity depth, and category (major, stable, stock token, meme).

`GET /universe/pairs`

Pair-level view: eligible pools with venue list, TVL, and emissions presence. This is what feeds the BYO builder’s suggestions in the app.

The universe endpoints expose the screen’s output — what passed. The ranking model that ordered them is not part of the API.
