# Profit fee at exit

> One fee, charged once, only on what you actually made.

Dionysus charges **a single performance fee on realised profit, at the moment you withdraw.**

* **No deposit fee.**
* **No management fee** on principal or time.
* **No fee if you exit at or below your [high-water mark](/fees/high-water-mark).**

Before you confirm an exit, the app shows a **fee projection** — the amount that will be charged given the current state of your vault — so there are no surprises at the final step.
